1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

 

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We ship to pet parents across the United States. Our average delivery timeframes are:

• Standard Shipping (US Orders): 7 to 15 business days after processing.

Estimated Total Delivery: Approximately 8–18 business days from the order date.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

 

4. Delayed Packages

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions. If your package has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at mypetbestie@gmail.com, and we will immediately investigate or issue a replacement/refund.
